My name is Sam, and I moved to Albany after a four year period spent in Boston working full time for a sweet family with four children. The kids ranged in age from 10 weeks to 3 years when I started, while I was with them they had a fourth child, and when I moved the kids were ages 6 months- 7 years old. I love them like family, and still talk to them regularly, but moved to Albany to be near close friends and am ready to start hanging out with kiddos again on a regular basis! My last position required me to meet four children's needs, 45 hours/week; this included transportation to and from school and activities through driving, walking, or riding the train, meal times, diapers, baths, light housework and errands, arranging play dates and activities, and generally building loving and supportive relationships with four amazing and Read more wild little humans. I've been working with kids for over ten years in a variety of capacities- occasional babysitting, part time and full time nannying, volunteering at camps, and providing childcare for community events- and I'm confident in my abilities to both care for and connect with kids of all ages. My past experience includes a lot of time spent providing care to newborns/infants/toddlers, and to children of several ages at once. I'm a strong multi tasker, and familiar with the ins and outs of daily life with children. I'm comfortable with animals, a non smoker, have a valid license, and am CPR and first aid trained.
