*2/2014- Current Tampa Bay Nannies Currently I am working as an on call nanny. Families come in from across the country or in from out of the US and I go to their hotel and watch their child/children while they go to meetings/classes/outings. I provide a safe and fun environment while the parents are out and create fun games and activities to do with the kids. I also help them get ready for bedtime. The most important thing for me is to provide and secure trust with the children and parents. It’s the first time I meet them and they are entrusting me with their children on the spot. I always walk out the door with high praise & recommendations. *3/2011-6/2013 Clothes Attic’d, LLC Customer Support/Data Entry- this challenging position put me in front of clients to explain contracts, account, and help them style their wardrobe. My responsibilities included but Read more were not limited to merchandizing, pricing, data entry, client retention and marketing. I worked closely with the owner to make sure all daily tasks were met. *2011-2013 Nanny/Personal Assistant- I was responsible for 2 children including meals, transportation & homework. One child had special needs and I worked closely with therapists & doctors to insure his developmental delays were corrected. *2009-2011 Lifetime Fitness Child Center Team Member I was responsible for watching children ages 3 months to 11 years of age while their parents went for a work out. I helped insure the children’s safety as well as provide a friendly, fun, and inviting environment where not only did the children feel comfortable coming too, but also the parents felt safe leaving their child/children with us. I also helped sanitize the play areas every night, answer phones, check in and check out the child to the correct guardian, worked the front desk and planned daily activities. I also made sure of complete customer satisfaction. *2006-2011 Illinois School District 200 Special Needs Teacher Assistant- Within the 5 years of working for the school district I held two very important positions working with multi special needs students. Although many of my responsibilities were the same, for example, supervising on day trips, assisting with basic life skills, and planning classroom activities, the age & needs of my students were different. From 2006-2008, I was assigned Kindergarten to Second Grade students but was promoted in 2008 to assist with ages 18-21. Both of these positions taught me how to work
