My name is Yvonne. I am 45 years old. I am married and I have 1 daughter that is 25 and 1 daughter that is 18. I also have 3 stepchildren that range in age from 20 to 28 and 2 grandsons. I've never actually nannied for an individual family before, but I do not consider myself to be a babysitter. I have extensive experience working with children birth to school age. I have an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Catawba Valley Community College and I am training to become a Registered Behavior Technician. I have a total of 19 years experience working with children of all ages. I have worked as a Lead Teacher in a daycare classroom for many years , I was an Early Interventionist for a Early Head Start Program working with children birth to three and their families (in their homes) for 4 Read more years and I worked as a Teacher Assistant in a classroom with autistic children for a little while. I have experience working with children who have special needs as well. I am energetic, loving, safety oriented and dependable. My husband is an over the road trick driver and I am alone a lot. My youngest daughter just started at Western Carolina University. I do miss working with little ones so I decided to try nannying. I am looking for full or part time work. Preferably in your home. I do not mind a little light housekeeping or meal prep if that is needed ( I LOVE to cook! ) as well but would like my primary focus to be on your child/children, as they are my main priority! I also do not mind running small errands such as going to the grocery store or pharmacy but I have a sports car with an almost non existent backseat , so I may have to use your vehicle if the children will be accompanying me.
