Wonderful, kind, and very professional. Ms. Charolette got along very well with my two kids. Was an absolute joy to have. She was very flexible with hours and worked with me when I had an abrupt schedule change. Always early. Very good on communication. I would recommend Ms. Charolette to friends and family. I will be hiring her again.
