I'm a fun loving person by nature. I am a proud mom of one daughter who will soon be 25. I'm a full time licensed case management nurse Mon-Fri 9-5. (I have a valid NC compact license with no restrictions. Currently working in Columbia SC). I love nursing but honestly by 5pm on Friday I look forward to the weekend!! Why would a nurse choose to do child care on the side when there are plenty of nursing jobs that would pay more? Just as I love my patients, I love kids. Before ultimately deciding on nursing I started college off as a Child Development major. I do understand that parents have to work to provide but equally as important, need "self" time to remain sane!
