Hi my name is Myah King and I am 20 years old. I currently work at Casa Dia Montessori, a high end day care in sunset hills, as a teaching assistant. I primarily work with kids aging from 13 to 18 months but i have worked with all ages in our center which are ages between 2 months to 5 years old. I am CPR and first aid certified and I take required classes that allows me to continue to develop my knowledge on kids. Before i began working here I babysat my niece everyday after she was born up until she was 1 and a half. In high school I took child development for 3 years, 2 of those years I we were required to run our in school preschool at webster groves high school. I love kids of all ages and can’t wait to meet new families. I Read more love my job because ever since I was a kid, i watched my family members have great experiences being a nanny or babysitter. Growing up I always knew I wanted my career to have something to do with children but I wasn’t sure exactly what path I wanted to take. After a lot of thought I finally decided that I wanted to own my own daycare in the future. What better way to get experience than working in one of the best daycares in st. louis and working with the best families!
