My name is Gina Poulos. I have had the privilege of working with children for over a decade, beginning with babysitting at the age of 14. Over the past decade, I have nannied for various families, have babysat and cared for countless children, and have worked with children of all ages and backgrounds. I have cared for children with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, and numerous other disabilities. I have experience with tube feeding, and with caring for children who are unable to walk. I have helped with babies and children who were born into homes suffering from drug and alcohol addiction. I am both CPR and first aid certified, and have completed an Early Childhood Education (ECE) certificate to be teacher qualified in all daycare settings. I also had a nanny position in which I took care of three boys while helping to maintain and clean a 6,000 square foot Read more house. During this time, I was responsible for balancing the schedules of all three boys, including transportation to and from many places such as friends' houses, birthday parties, appointments, and other activities. As a result, time management is something that comes natural for me, and I am good at balancing a busy schedule and being flexible. I have a lot of experience as well with making breakfasts, lunches, and other meals, and making sure kids have their bags packed and are ready for their day ahead. I also made it a priority to assist the children with learning and education, and teaching them important life skills such as respect. It is always important to me to be a positive role model for the kids I work with. In addition to working with children, I have a background with nearly any chores or household task imaginable. I have cleaned homes and vehicles, have run many types of errands, including grocery shopping or picking things up. And of course, I would be willing to be quickly trained in any areas which I don't yet have experience in. I can also cook meals of many different types while taking into account all dietary accommodations. Overall, I would describe myself as a very kind, bubbly, respectful, professional, and patient individual. With over a decade of experience working with children of varying ages, as well as experience with all sorts of household tasks and errands.
