Hello! My name is Shannon and I am a spring 2022 UMN graduate native to Minneapolis, and am getting my Bachelors in Nutrition. I have four years of nanny experience with a wonderful family who I consider a second family, and lots of babysitting experience for their family friends. I have experience babysitting my own niece, who I was the main babysitter for from birth to school age, and working in the nursery at my church. As a childcare provider, I love to stay active, be creative with crafts, and read and sing with them. I believe it's very important to keep children engaged and included in daily activities, and I love to include kids I am caring for in any chores, cooking, and yard work by making those activities as fun as can be! My favorite activities include biking, cooking, and being in the outdoors. I have one pup, Read more who loves long walks with me and spending time lounging in the sun. I love to cook for others and take care of homes, and would love to include those hobbies in my childcare.
