Hello everyone :) My name is Mia and I am a senior at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. I am very passionate about caring for children and find their company very enjoyable and fun. I worked for two summers as a camp counselor for YMCA and we cared for children ages 5-10. In this position I provided leadership and supervision to a group of 10 campers by being engaged in a safe and educational outdoor recreational experience. I also worked for two years at Kindercare as an Assistant teacher for ages 6 months to 5 years. In this role, I cared for and taught curriculum to the children. With these positions, I obtained my CPR and First Aid certifications. I am very excited to get to know you and your families!
