I have done volunteer work, working in the nursery at church, teaching children how to play basketball, reading to children in classrooms(special education children as well), I was ahead of the children’s arts and crafts program and the children’s dance program. I was the assistant to the children’s play director too. I also have some training for health care and worked as a cna for three weeks in a health occupations class, and have been first aid and cpr certified. Just over the past year I have worked with over 12 families who have all been amazing some of which have been long term (about 9 months) and have become like family of my own. Which the children under 2yo I liked to do sensory play, play music, do nature walks and read books, with the children older I like to do little crafts and projects with them, do puzzles, Read more read books and go to the park to help stimulate their brains. I have been leading a children’s Sunday school group for church on Sundays as well. I dont mind a little meal prep or cleaning up after the child. I am very patient, attentive, engaging, creative, and compassionate.
