I am a parent, and most of my down time when my kids were young was caring for and playing with my kids and neighbor kids. Play dates, snacks, crafts, activities inside and outside. My career was in testing and business analysis, then admin work, and I understand family time is so important. I would be happy to meet, and if it works for your family, to provide part-time nanny support, preferably during the day (I have dance Wed & Thurs evenings).
