I have been CPR certified, as my older child has a diagnosed heart condition. I am very comfortable with children of all ages, but really love the baby-toddler phase! I am also an experienced pet owner, and am comfortable with pets, especially dogs! I have a 2018 Subaru Outback if transportation is needed, with a very clean driving record. I am also happy to do any background checks, and I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Florida, where you do have a background check with fingerprints before licensure.
