As a nanny I feel like you go into full time parent mode. Being a nanny means being a second mom/dad to the children you are caring for. A close and trustworthy relationship with both the children and parents are very important to me. I do drop off/pick up, meal prep, laundry, run errands, etc... you name it you got it! I do not mind light cleaning around the house but I do expect to be compensated. l am big on structure but I do not allow that to get in the way of children having fun and enjoying themselves.
