We highly recommend Yilsa Patron as a nanny or babysitter. Yilsa lovingly took care of our 18-month-old twins since they were seven months old. We wish we could keep her as our full-time nanny, but sadly our job situation recently changed. Yilsa is a warm, kind, affectionate caregiver. She’s the kind of nanny who is always down on the floor playing with the babies and genuinely misses them on her days off. Our twins absolutely adore her and wait at the window for her to come in every morning. I work from home, so I always hear Yilsa singing to the babies, teaching them words, reading to them, and giving them so much affection. Yilsa takes the babies out of the house every day to walk to story times, playgrounds, and libraries. Our kids nap wonderfully, eat well, and are super happy - and we know a lot of that is because of her consistency, wisdom, and care. She also leaves our house super tidy and does all the baby’s dishes, laundry, vacuums, etc. Yilsa is a native Spanish speaker, so our babies know lots of words in Spanish. She's learning English, and we're able to communicate just fine using the Google translate app. Yilsa is reliable, communicative, and hard working. She’s always open to feedback and happy to make adjustments based on our preferences. We definitely feel that we’ve been a team - figuring out how to take care of twins together! We love her!!
