Hi, I’m Rose! I am a 24 year old Master's student at Johns Hopkins and looking for a part-time nanny position during the summer of 2022 (end of May through end of August). I have been babysitting since before I started high school, and was a camp counselor for three consecutive summers, including one summer when I also nannied for the camp director's family. I specialized in working with 3-5 year olds at camp, but I’ve babysat kids ranging from a few months old to early teens. In undergrad, I babysat for a handful of families and was a tutor and later an organizer for the Johns Hopkins Tutorial Project, where I managed 6 pairs of tutees/tutors and ensured the tutees' academic progress in reading and math. I took a gap year between undergrad and my Master's program and I worked as a full-time nanny for a family with 3 Read more young children (3, 5, and 7 years old at the time), managing hybrid school schedules, meal prep, and after-school activities, as well as planning and coordinating summer activities when school was out of session. I love getting outdoors, organizing crafts and other creative activities, and playing any type of game! I have my own car and a clean driving record and I am happy to do pickups/drop-offs as needed. I am vaccinated (and boosted) and more than happy to provide references and undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
