Hi, my name is Rachel. I love children and I'm planning a career as an elementary school special needs teacher. I’m currently finishing up my second year of college; however, this semester is 100% remote. I have worked as a camp counselor and before Covid as a kindergarten teacher’s assistant. I have really missed working with children, helping them learn, grow and being around their infectious energy. With Covid increasing I am not interested in working in a large childcare setting but instead I am looking to work for an individual family. I am still very Covid cautious and practice all the safety tips as best I can, including only socializing with my mom and one similar isolating friend.
