Hi, my name is Elif. I am a Massachusetts certified Infant/Toddler teacher with almost 2 years of classroom teaching experience. Following are some of the duties I carried out in the Toddler One classroom on a daily basis: -Created engaging and fun learning activities. -Partnered and communicated regularly with parents in supporting their children’s healthy growth and development. -Conducted developmental observation and wrote evaluation reports, documented students engagement and project completion. -Encouraged and supported 17-35-month-old toddlers learn self-help and social skills -Provided opportunities for toddlers to develop their cognitive and oral language development. I also have one year of experience working as a nanny. I took care of an 8-month old baby boy for a year. I was responsible for feeding and bathing the baby, cleaning feeding equipment after meals, changing diapers, doing the baby’s laundry, dressing him, tiding his room and cleaning his toys, reading to him, playing with Read more him, taking him out for a walk weather permitted and sometimes singing and dancing together. I really enjoyed working with him and his family. I love working with infants and toddlers. Currently I am looking for a part time nanny job soon and I hope I will be lucky to find a nice family to work for. My degree is in Teaching English as a Second Language and I have experience teaching English from preschool to high school levels and adults.
