Hi! I’m Emily, I’m 21 years old and I"m a senior in college. I’ve been babysitting independently for the past 9 years for children ranging in age from newborn to 15 years old. Prior to that, I worked as a “Mother’s helper” for 3 years. For the past 3 summers, I have worked as a nanny to my 5 for multiple families. I also used work at the YMCA childcare. Last summer I worked as a catholic missionary and taught classes about the faith to children in grades 1-12. I focused mostly on grades 1 and 2 though. I am also “Safe Sitter” certified. From the time I was little, I have always enjoyed taking care of children. I am known in my family as the “baby whisperer”. I believe that I am patient, mature, trustworthy, and fun! I love playing with the kids. I don’t just watch them, I Read more interact with them, and I feel like I can read their needs and wants very well. I am currently a Senior at Marian University studying social work! I look forward to being your sitter!
