Ever since I could remember, I have always had a strong passion for kids. I love being around them to help them learn and develop as strong young individuals. My sophomore year of high school I did an internship at Cornerstone Pediatric Rehabilitation located in Danville, for kids that have special needs. I learned so much just from my week of experience there. I also help out in my church Sunday school classes with my mom once a month. I babysit for members of my church as much as I can when I am home for college. At the end of my senior year and the summer there after, I worked at Tree of Life Daycare. I worked 32 hours a week and worked with all ages ranging from infants to preschool. My major is Child Development and I hope to be a child life advocate with this degree.
