During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were in desperate need of reliable and trustworthy care for our two girls, one of whom was a newborn with food intolerances. Emily not only met but exceeded our expectations. Her unwavering commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment, along with her proactive approach to adhering to health guidelines, provided us with much-needed assurance during a time of uncertainty. Her dedication to the wellbeing of our children, especially during such a difficult period, was truly remarkable. We will always be grateful for her invaluable support and the positive impact she had on our family.

Emily started working for us in 2013 when we were a family of four (but soon grew to a family of five). My children absolutely adored her and would refer to her as "Nemily" (Nanny Emily). What we loved most about Emily was her love for our children. I will never forget how our oldest son (who was around 4 years old at the time) was obsessed with owning a pair of light-up shoes. He talked about them nonstop. One day, Emily arrived with a special present of light-up shoes for him. That's who she is- someone who loves deeply and cares profoundly for others. Emily was not just a nanny to our children; she became an integral part of our family. She was always there for us, providing only exceptional care for the kids. Emily was incredibly reliable, and we knew we could always count on her. She was patient, kind, and had a way of making even the most mundane activities fun and exciting for the kids. Her creativity knew no bounds, and she would often come up with engaging and educational activities to keep the children entertained. I can confidently say that Emily played a significant role in shaping our children's early years, and we will always be grateful for her presence in our lives.
