Hi, name is Nia! Here's a bit about me, the read is worth it! I'm actually still in the process of going to college for my Elementary Education major & my ultimate goal is to teach children anywhere from Kindergarten to 5th grade. My plan is to finish completing the last bit of my general education classes that I have left at College of DuPage, before I go off to a university for my teaching program. By the way, I'm aiming for Lewis or NIU! But unfortunately, I need to take a year or two off from school altogether, because I need the money to pay for my classes in the first place. So, I've decided to take on a full time job in the meantime. The positive & beneficial side to all of this though, is that I will not only just be flexible, but I will now have Read more the complete availability that can meet you & your child/children's needs to the absolute fullest. So, if you ever need any extra help, on top of the regular scheduled times and/or you want to have a last minute spontaneous date, I can & I will be there for whenever you need! You can rely & depend on me to be there & your family will always have my full attention. Aside from my complete adoration for children, let me tell you about my experience with them as well. I have a big family and I am the eldest of 4 children. Aside from helping my parents raise their 3 other children (who are now 5, 12, and 18 years old) while they were always at work, I have also babysat many of my other relative's children, family friend's children, & neighbor's children. Plus, I have volunteered to work with special needs children at schools. I have worked with all age groups & I still continue to work well with all ages. I have babysat infants, toddlers, young children, & preteens. I grew up babysitting children since the age of 13, but have worked it technically as a paid job, starting at the age of 16. My life solely revolves around kids because I genuinely do love working with them. My home life & future career are so centered around them, because I truly do have a passion for not only helping kids learn, but for also helping other parents take the time that they need for themselves, to do what they need to do. Whether that be for work, date night, or because they just need the additional help, I'm more than happy to help out a family in any way that I can possible! With that being said, I'm open to helping out with any housework & cleaning that needs to be done around the house, as well as helping out with any homework.
