Hi, I'm Sami! I currently attend the University of Missouri where I'm studying Secondary Math Education. My long-term goal is to become a high school math teacher. I work for Jumpstart, an Americorps program, that tutors and mentors 3–5 year olds. I work with my kids on social emotional skills as well as language and literacy skills. Working with my pre-k kids has made me want to continue to do so over the summer near my home town, I love it so much! I am interest in all things arts, from singing and playing guitar, to musical theatre, to acrylic painting. But, I also love spending my time outside in the summer! As a kid, I spent all my time at the pool in the summers, which I still try to do. I would love to watch your littles and explore these passions and fun with them.
