Over the last year, Miriam has taken care of our daughter (currently 15 months old) full-time (40 hours p/week) with the kind of attention and love that brings immediate peace to a home. I could not recommend her more highly and am writing this review only because we are moving out of state. Miriam has always prioritized the safety of our daughter, taking meticulous care to anticipate any potential hazards and neutralizing them. She adapted to the stages of care from infancy to toddler (breastmilk to whole milk to early foods to full blown toddler) seamlessly, communicating ideas that helped the process. Miriam follows direction, is impeccably clean and makes sure the baby's hygiene is a priority (diapers are always fresh and her clothes is always clean, even if she changes her outfits multiple times a day). Not only is she responsible, but she brings great joy to our daughter, singing with her, dancing with her, reading to her, describing patiently and in detail all that surrounds her. They take walks daily in the warm months and she is open to activities and experiences for the baby, as we request or desire. Every single day she walks into our home with a smile and a good morning that lights up our home. Never, has Miriam been late. Seeing our daughter smile when she sees Miriam, tells us what we already know. She is a treasure of a caretaker.
