I have been babysitting since my early teens, and have always known I want to work with children. I graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Early Childhood Special Education, and through practicums there as well as working outside of credit-based experience, I have immense valuable knowledge and expertise in working with young children. Most of my experience is with children under the age of 3 in and outside of classroom environments. I am hoping to build strong relationships with children and their families in the Chicago area and to provide quality care as needed. My approach is strength-based with an emphasis on a basis of trust and quality, developmentally appropriate social emotional bonds.
