Hi, my name is Belle and I think I'd be a great candid candidate! I'm 22 and I recently graduated from Columbia College with a BA in filmmaking. I took a focus on writing, directing, and producing. I love working with children and animals. I have experience working with children with disabilities. As a child, I struggled with dyslexia and felt like a bit of an outcast, I've found that this experience makes me a safe space for children who may relate. I've taken an interest in gentle parenting techniques, for both the kiddos and the way I talk to myself. Mental health and emotions are important to me, especially for children and teens. My brother is nine years old, I spent most of my teens helping him at home. I worked as a PCA for my cousin who has autism for a summer. In high school, I volunteered as jr intern at the Children's Theatre Company of Minneapolis for four years. I primarily acted as an assistant teacher for children 3-14 in theatre class. I assisted my students with arts and crafts, creative expression, problem-solving, and any emotional needs they had. I also volunteered in a kindergarten class for credit in high school. I grew up with cats, dogs, and hamsters, so I'm happy to work with pets! I do not own a car, but I've had my driver license for six years and I have a clean driving record.
