Hello there! My name is Alma and I am currently a teacher's assistant at an elementary school. I recently transitioned to the education field from the social work field where I was an early intervention clinician that focused on social/emotional development. Throughout high school and college I was a 3 sport athlete so that is where my drive, resilience, and passion comes from. Throughout college and a while after I became a full time nanny. I also relocated from the mid-west to the east coast with the family since I had started with them when the first child was just 5 months! Although I am not looking for something long term I am looking for something during the summer while school is not in session.
