Hi, My name is Alisha. I am a student at Oregon State University's E-Campus learning French. I am also a part-time student at Columbia College Chicago finishing up my last semester of in-person classes in the fall of 2023. I love being a babysitter and a nanny! Kids are funny, smart, insane, and some of the best people in the world. The thing I love most about getting to be a positive role model in a kid's life is building that trust. I think it's so so important for kids to be able to have love and support from people outside of their immediate family. I like to think of myself as an older sister or older cousin to the kids I work with. I'll be goofy with them and come up with raps or build forts, but I can also be someone that they take seriously and respect. I'll Read more be someone that can help them with their homework, gossip, help them practice their instruments, dance routines or sports drills. I have a heavy arts background, but I also will be able to help your child with any and every type of homework assignments. I went through a STEM program for all four years of high school where I took Calc 2 my sophomore year. Completely unnecessary but I will be able to help with the most simple and complex assignments. Most importantly, I would love to work with a great family and just be a small part in their lives and help keep some order in an already chaotic life of a parent.
