I am a mom of 2 girls - a 21 year old in college in Indianapolis and a 13 year old who just graduated 8th grade. I worked with school aged kids for 3 years as a recess coach at my daughter’s elementary school until Covid shut the schools down. When school started remotely, I supervised two 1st graders during their zoom meetings and helped them with homework and assigned classwork at their house. For the past 3 years, I have been working for a family from Sittercity during the school year. I picked up their children, ages 11 and 6 now (the kindergartener was just this past year), and take them home and stay with them until one of their parents get home.
