Meet Carolyn

Hi, I am a very energetic, loving, caring, kind, patient and a professional Nanny with 18 years of experience providing care in the homes of families with multiple children. I have 5 beautiful children and 3 Grandchildren. I was a former early childhood teacher and avid volunteer at my children's school. In my role as a Nanny,I strive to partner with parents to build a loving, routine, educational and active environment for the children and their parents. I take the lead from parents, but use my wealth of experience to provide suggestions and act as a collaborator in the household. I take pride in my abilities to do the following in my role as a Nanny: *Work with parents to establish eating and sleeping routines for infants. *Take children outdoors as much as the weather permits, including exploring local green spaces. *Ensure children attend socializing activities like art classes, music Read more classes and play groups. *Collaborate with parents to build a consistent set of rules and disciplinary structure *Teach sign language to children and parents to facilitate communication and reduce tantrums. *Instill a love literacy. * Help children develop age appropriate skills such as color, shape and letter recognition. *Maintain records of our activities so parents have a full understanding of their child's day. I used my extensive experience to help first-time parents navigate various situations.
