Hello there! My name is Amanda - I’ve recently moved to NYC from the Midwest, and I am looking for babysitting/nannying work to supplement my income! My other job is working online as an ESL teacher, working with Chinese children ages 5-12 and helping them learn English. I have been a babysitter/nanny for years, often spending long stretches with the same family. I am passionate about the arts and music, and I love playing games and getting creative with kids. I am first aid/CPR certified, and I have a background in teaching and tutoring. One of my favorite things about sitting is not only caring for the child, but also being there to help with any needs that the family has (ie meal prep, gift wrapping, cleaning, etc).
