Hey parents!! I have 5+ years of experience working with mostly school age children, ages 3-14 but have also occasionally babysat children as young as 2yrs old. I'm currently a part time nanny for a 6yr old and a part time sitter for 2 beautifully silly kids aged 7 & 10 and have been with this family for over 3 years now and counting! To me, babysitting isn't just "watching someone's kids" it's about creating a fun, memorable, and safe time with the kiddos while learning good values and life lessons along the way. I also think it's important to grow within the families as a sitter/nanny, so that you can better understand and meet their needs.
