Hi I have been a nanny for 6+ years and a parent for 2 years. I have watched kids of all ages and love helping them to grow and learn. I believe children should experience four things throughout childhood; love, play, happiness and independent growth. A child should feel love and be taught how to show it. A child should be encouraged to play, have fun and to laugh. I also believe in promoting growth in independence. For example, teaching a baby to self soothe at bed time or a toddler to feed themselves and also encourage self play at all ages. These skills and many others will encourage healthy development. I have worked for 5 families and have done a couple nanny shares. I have a resume and references available. I am COVID vaccinated and want to work for a family that is also vaccinated. My family is moving Read more back to Brookfield, IL after 5 years away. I am trying to find a family that is comfortable with me bringing my 2 year old son along. My family has decided that this is the safest option for our family during the pandemic. I’m hoping to find another family that is looking for these same things.
