Hello, I hav worked with kids ages birth to 12 since I was a teenager. I have worked in the capacity of a Teachers Assistant for 15 years in a classroom setting and a daycare setting. I have worked as a Para Educator for 5 years with children with mild to low learning and behavioral disabilities. I have a love for children and a special love for children that are high functioning on the Austim spectrum. My oldest grandson is 8 and he is in the spectrum and he lived with me for 7 years until I moved to Iowa City. I am looking to come into your home during the summer months when school is out to provide care and light housework for your family. I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education.
