Hi! My name is Julianne and I have almost 5 years of childcare experience! I have worked both in a daycare/school setting and have done some babysitting jobs on the side in those 5 years. My first job was at a daycare where I worked mostly with ages 4 to 12. I was the assistant aftercare teacher and was then promoted to the lead aftercare teacher after working there for over a year and a half. I then transitioned to another daycare where I became an assistant pre-kindergarten teacher (ages 4-5). After that I took on a different position as the assistant preschool pathways teacher (ages 2-3). My duties at both daycares were very similar, as I would do lesson plans, teach the children, come up with fun activities (such as arts & crafts, music time, science & sensory time, story time, etc…).
