Ashley was such a big help with our 5 month old and learned her routine pretty quickly. She was able to accommodate schedule changes although i will say, because she lived a tad bit far from us, she was late a few times. For us that was no big deal since we work from home. Our baby loved being in her care and we wish we could have kept Ashley around longer. We did decide to do daycare but will keep Ashley in mind for date nights. I highly recommend hiring her for your childcare needs. You won't be disappointed.
