I am a college educated, experienced and dependable nanny with over 20 years’ childcare experience from ages newborn to early teens. I approach my childcare career with a flexible, energetic, fun-loving attitude and organized work style. I work in partnership with parents to establish a fun and interactive environment to promote a sense of security and consistency designed to support each child’s individual personality and needs. I nurture children by providing positive reinforcement, lots of hugs and kisses, as well as age appropriate games and activities to help them reach their full development potential. I proactively work with clients to establish daily routines and sleep schedules as needed, and collaborate with parents on effective strategies to establish reasonable limitations and expectations to ensure each child’s safety and developmental well-being.
