Jessie was our interim nanny while our nanny was out on maternity leave. I hired Jessie due to her experience with a variety of age ranges which I needed for the ages of my kids- 7, 3.5 and 1 year. Our nanny had her baby unexpectedly, several weeks early, so I needed but also appreciated how quickly she was able to jump in and that she was a fast learner. She had my kids outside; playing at the park or in the back yard or in a walk at least once every day. They have a new found love of exploring and being outside after our time with Jessie! My middle is hard to win over and Jessie did everything in her power and ultimately won! Jessie was patient, persistent and accommodated her hesitance so she felt comfortable. Now, my middle frequently asks if Jessie is babysitting for date night (which we still use her once a week for) and eagerly asks all day if it’s time for Jessie to come yet…. She has been well loved by our kids and we’re glad we still have her in our home once a week!
