Hey my name is Karly! I have been in the childcare industry for over 14 years. Born and Raised in New Jersey and growing up with a big Italian family I found myself at an early age being the one that my family depended on when it came to baby sitting. While attending school, I would do part time baby sitter/nanny jobs and quickly realized that was something that I enjoyed doing.
