Hi families! Here is a bit about me: I nannied in college, and then opened a children's dance studio, where I taught lessons and ran summer camps for children 18 months and up. When I sold my studio I started working again as a professional nanny. I’m a very kind and compassionate person but I’m also energetic, creative, and fun-loving. I love to use art, songs, and movement to teach little ones! I've been a working mom myself and would be happy to help with laundry, errands, light housekeeping, etc., to take some of the stress off of you, so you can enjoy more time with your children! Our family has homeschooled for 9 years via Montessori and Charlotte Mason methodologies, so I can help with preschool-and-up curriculum, or just homework if needed. I have a sweet 14 year-old daughter that can accompany me to work if desired. Although she Read more doesn’t do any personal caretaking, she’s a huge help keeping the little ones happy while I tend to laundry or the baby! She loves kids and has even written a book for one of our families to help their daughter get over her fear of thermometers (it worked!) I have national-level security clearance, an excellent driving record, and am a non-smoker.
