My name is Daniele, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm an experienced childcare provider that has been tending to infants for over 15 years. Newborns are my specialty. I've cared for, loved and nurtured dozens of babies in my career for their 1st year. I have had the honor of seeing their firsts and doing my absolute best to make sure you see their firsts as well. I am organized. I keep a daily log of diaper changes, feedings and much more! Having done this for so long I've encountered almost every situation and had a plan to address it. From babies who struggle with sleep to working on developmental milestones, I am attentive and supportive. I also find my level of care extends to the mothers. I consult on everything that I may encounter with the famillies I work with. I haved cared for infants 0-12 months in my home since 2013. I also have nannied as well as worked in a local daycare as a lead infant room teacher in charge of two teachers and 12 infants. However, I would like to be able to focus on one family. I am open to doing care in my home which is malticiously clean. That is definitely a more affordable option or I'm willing to come to yours for an hourly rate upon agreement.
