Hello, my name is Precious, but I go by Mori! I am 25 years old and I have been working with children with over 10 years of paid experience. I originally began babysitting for friends and family before becoming a daycare teacher for 2 years at a Navy Child Development Center Daycare. I've also been a former nanny with one family. I have worked with age groups from Infant through age 13. I have a limited amount of experience working with children with special needs. My own fun-loving personality makes it very easy for me to connect to children on a personal level and have fun! I have an innate love for learning and can bring that energy into any environment. I enjoy music (I play guitar!), crafts, yoga, and going to the park. And yes, I will get on the slides too! I have my license and a reliable Read more vehicle with space for up two car seats. I am happy to bring the kids to their extra-curriculars or to sit in the line at school to drop them off or pick them up. I am comfortable with pets of all kinds and am open to pet sitting as well. I have previous experience with CPR and First Aid; however, it is time for me to renew my certifications. I'm a college student working on my degree in Psychology. Right now, I am taking an evening class on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 5:30pm. This class completes at the end of April. I will have one more evening class on Monday nights at 5:30pm from the beginning of May through the end of June. Following this, I will be completely online. I'm looking to work full or part time with a family that can use some extra help taking care of the kiddos. I have a lot of experience working with younger children, but I am open to being a support for older kids as well!
