Hi! I have worked as a nanny part time for 5 years and full-time for one. Most recently I have been the full-time nanny/housekeeper/tutor for 4 kids (ages 3, 6, 9, & 11). Typically, I just work a normal week, but on occasions I have worked overnight for 1-6 nights a week. I have taken the kids on a vacation including an 8 hour drive and hotel stay. I have plenty of "sick child" experience from stomach bug to sinus cold to fevers. I myself am the third of 7 children and worked 2 years in mission with young people (Ages 12-18). I believe it is very important to see each young person as their own individual who needs to be loved and cared for in their own unique way. I am very understanding and calm even in high pressure/tense situations. I am not afraid to discipline if needed but Read more I always will defer to whatever the parent or guardian says and never stray from that. I am very flexible with hours and am open to whatever needs to be done.
