Hello my name is Gabriella, and I love working with children. With over six years of experience in various childcare settings, I am dedicated to creating positive and supportive environments where every child can thrive. I have worked with children of all ages, from infants to middle school students. My roles have included being an Aftercare Counselor at The Sagemont Preparatory School and an ESE Paraprofessional at Falcon Cove Middle School. In these roles, I have used personalized methods and behavior techniques to support individual needs. My background in psychology from Florida International University has given me a deep understanding of behavior and effective communication.
