Hello! My name is Alex. I started working with children through Variety Club Charity in Philadelphia, which dealt specifically with kids with mental/developmental disabilities. I've worked as a long-term full-time child care provider for two families (kids aged newborn, 3 and 6 at start for one, one child age 5 for the other at start), as an assistant, then later on, a teacher for kindergarten classrooms. I've also worked as a teacher at a Montessori school, as a live-in Au Pair for a family in England (kids aged 3 and 5 at start), and as a babysitter for many families. I'm currently working as a teacher in a pre-K/ Kindergarten setting.
