Hello Families, I have been working with children in many capacities for over 20 years. I have worked in schools as well as private homes. I have raised 2 lovely, college graduates, they are my greatest work! I've had training in 1st aid and CPR. Ideally, I would like to work between 20 and 30hours but will negotiate for a great fit. I love kids! My superpower is arts and crafts. Love working with kids, they can be extraordinarily creative! Many adult artists are inspired by kids art, so am I. I also enjoy doing science experiments, another creative outlet. I love the outdoors, especially biking. I think it's so charming to see parents taking kids to school in the latest bicycle seating for kids. If you have such a bike, I'm willing to transport your kids like that. I'm an experienced cyclist and used to transport my own children Read more in a kids trailer. I live close to the Capitol and this is an excellent way of getting around and just touring the city, great work out for the adult. I love reading with and to children. I am willing to tutor an older elementary age sibling if needed. I have a drivers license but not a car. I chose to be car free and save myself some money and worry.
