I offer full spectrum support ranging from pregnancy, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, newborn support, and or/childcare. As a Colorado Native who knows both the ins and outs, I have 6 years of experience as a nanny and a full-spectrum Doula. I've obtained training in Lactation education through CAPPA, Lactation counselor training through the Healthy Childrens Project, Midwife/Birth assistant training through The Center of Indigenous Midwifery, and Birth Doula training through the National Black Doula Association. My credentials are Certified full-spectrum Doula through Allo Doula Academy, Certified Traditional Moroccan Postpartum Doula through the Nasfa Project, and CPR, with plans to certify as both a Lactation educator and Lactation Counselour in 2024! I'm finishing my last semester of prerequisites before transitioning to Nursing School either this summer or next fall. My end goal will be to work as both an IBCLC Nurse and a Labor Delivery Nurse. After getting my BSN, I will Read more become a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) and open both birth and postpartum wellness centers that focus on decreasing maternal and infant mortality rates among African American women. While children are my jam, their mothers are my heart! I enjoy being a part of fulfilling communities and organizations such as Mama Bird Maternity Wellness, Black Feminist Future organization, Allo Doula Academy, American Association of Birth Centers, and the Public library where I enjoy going to Mommy and Me groups, language emersion classes, and more! This past year, I've also been able to help run a Mother's Circle group for Mama Bird Doula Services ( which is free), which focuses on emotional and educational support for breastfeeding.
