I have been a nanny for 15+ years. In 2020 I had my first child who is now 21 months old. I try to incorporate Montessori learning and gentle parenting. I believe in milestone activities, independent play, and treating them like little adults. I currently nanny for a little boy who is 21 months old, with my daughter. I am full-time and every week I come with a lesson plan that includes circle time, reading, numbers, letters, colors, music time, crafts/art, math/science, sensory play, gross and fine motor activities and outside time (including zoo, parks, museums, splash pads and other play buildings). I also incorporate cooking and gardening. I believe in giving the kids a private preschool experience every day. I can even help with potty training! I am now looking for a new family with a kid around 21 months. We are moving into a house in Parker Canterberry Crossing neighborhood (Main & Parker) on September 10th and the fully finished basement will be my "preschool" area. I am in the process of getting licensed. I will only have up to 3 kids in my care (includes my daughter). We will be starting September 19th. I can do full-time or part-time.
