Hiii :) my name is Rene and I am originally South African. I recently relocated from Washington DC to California. I simply love children and enjoy helping them learn and grow at every stage of their young lives. My strengths as a nanny are that I am very responsible, reliable and caring person I have experience with childcare through the Au pair program I was recently on, I was responsible for taking care of 2 sister siblings who were 1 year and 3 years old. Before I left, I had contributed greatly towards the 1 year olds growth as she was walking when I left and we were about to do potty training but circumstances forced me to relocate, and I have taught at a kindergarten for almost 2 years caring for a class of 10 kids and rotating between classes of infants and children who are ready for school Read more age. We did a lot of writing, reading and all the creative activities needed for child development and I am grateful for that experience as it has helped me in the growth of my childcare career. I have also babysat and nannied for friends and family a lot of times. What sets me apart is that I have so much experience from different cultural backgrounds and I am not close minded. I love to learn and I am teachable and I love to teach people about my culture. I am very excited for to share my love with you and your kids and I am excited to be a very useful human in your lives
