Sara has been taking care of our two sons for the past year and is fantastic. Our boys just love her. She started with our family when our youngest was 3 months old and helped get him on a feeding and sleeping schedule as I was transitioning back to work. Additionally, she got our older son back to taking his afternoon naps which I thought was impossible. With her years of experience she knows how to multitask, anticipate our needs and keeps both boys happy and entertained. She's very loving, but also knows how to be firm when the boys are trying to do something they shouldn't be. Sara is very dependable and has adapted to our hectic and ever changing work schedules. The only reason Sara is leaving our family is that she needs more hours than we can currently offer her. We will be so sad to see her go.
