My name is Angela, and I would love to be your babysitter for your children! I am a recent graduate from California State University, Sacramento where I got my Bachelor's Degree in History with a Minor in German Studies in December 2018. After graduating, I decided to go into a new career direction: childcare. In February 2019, I was hired as an Assistant Teacher for a daycare center. As an assistant, I interacted with children ranging from 14 months to four years old. I am currently working towards getting my Early Childhood Education Certificate from an accredited college in order to move up in position, and possibly become a Co-Teacher at the daycare. I have little childcare experience prior to working for the daycare. I babysat my youngest brother while my parents were at work. I interacted with him by playing with him (inside the house and outside), sang and Read more read to him, and did fun art projects to name a few. As I got older, I babysat my second cousin from when she was 6 months old to 3 years old. Like with my younger brother, I did the same things with her. What sets me apart from others is my passion and determination to gain better childcare experience. This is shown through both my goal of getting my ECE Certificate in Childhood Education and working as an Assistant Teacher at a daycare center.
